摘要
目的探讨联合玻璃体切除术治疗继发性青光眼的临床效果。方法对72例（72眼）继发性青光眼行经睫状体平坦部三通道玻璃体切除术,充分切除玻璃体,根据原发病的不同联合应用晶状体切除术、视网膜复位术等。术后随访,检测病人眼压及视力情况。结果 72例病人中,术后眼压65例控制在正常范围,6例术后眼压2.793~3.990 kPa,1例术后眼压〉3.990 kPa,给予降眼压药物治疗眼压降至正常。72例病人术后视力均与术前相同或提高。结论联合玻璃体切除术是治疗继发性青光眼的有效方法。
Objective To observe the effect of combination vitrectomy in the treatment of secondary glaucoma.Methods Seventy-two cases（72 eyes） of secondary glaucoma were treated with combination vitrectomy,which was performed via three canals in the pars plana of ciliary body.According to the differences of the primary disease of each patient,vitrectomy combined with lentectomy or repositio retinae was performed accordingly.Intraocular tension and vision were followed up after surgery.Results Of the 72 patients,postoperative intraocular pressure of 65 patients was within normal range,that of six patients was2.793-3.990 kPa,and that of one was 3.990 kPa,their intraocular tension declined to normal after application of eye pressure lowering drugs.All of the patients＇ vision improved or same as before surgery.Conclusion Combination vitrectomy is an effective therapy for secondary glaucoma.
