骨巨细胞瘤组织微血管密度与肿瘤分级的关系

摘要 目的  探讨骨巨细胞瘤组织微血管密度 (MVD)与病理分级和放射学分级的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术 ,对 4 9例骨巨细胞瘤进行CD34标记并进行MVD计数。 结果  MVD在骨巨细胞瘤中虽随Jaffe病理分级增高而呈递增趋势 ,Ⅲ级 >Ⅰ级 (P <0 .0 1) ,Ⅲ级 >Ⅱ级 (P <0 .0 1) ,但Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。Campanicci’s放射分级间MVD :Ⅲ级 >Ⅱ级 >Ⅰ级 ,3级间MVD的差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论  骨巨细胞瘤的MVD与Jaffe病理分级不完全一致 ,Jaffe病理分级不能完全反映骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为 。 Objective To study the microvessel density in giant cell of tumor(GCT) and its relation to pathological and radiological gradings.Methods 49 cases of giant cell tumor of bone were stained with immunohistochemical method,and the microvessel density (MVD) was counted by CD34 labelling method.Results The MVD escalated with the progression of Jaffe′s pathological grade.MVD in Grade Ⅲ of GCT was significantly higher than that in Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.01).There was no significant difference between GradeⅠand Ⅱ (P>0.05).The MVD was significantly correlated to radiological grades(P<0.01).Conclusion The MVD of GCT is not completely consistent with Jaffe′s pathological gradings,Jaffe′s pathological grading system has a limited utility for predicting the tumor′s biological behavior,but Campanicci's radiological grading system is one of the significant indexes for assessing the biological behaviors of GCT.
