摘要
目的 评价全省不同人群结核病防治知识的知晓率及行为转变的效果。方法 采用流行病学问卷调查方法 ,分别对行政干部、医务人员、肺结核病人、病人家属和社会公众 5种不同人群 ,进行问卷调查并进行评价 ;同时回顾研究近 3年结核病健康教育后的行为转变情况。结果 知晓率 :行政干部为 63 3 3 % ,医务人员为 78 98% ,肺结核病人为 5 9 3 3 % ,病人家属为 62 0 0 % ,社会公众为 5 2 2 5 % ,平均为 62 3 9% (范围从全体公民的 5 2 2 5 %到医务人员的 78 98% )。行为转变率 :1 998～ 2 0 0 0年观察期间 ,1 998年项目县的新发涂阳病人人数、完成治疗率、涂阳新登记率分别为 2 95 1例、 94 88%、 1 3 1 0 1 0万 ;1 999年分别为 3 2 1 6例、 95 1 8%、 1 4 3 0 1 0万 ;2 0 0 0年分别为 4 3 81例、 93 95 %、 1 9 5 1 0万 ;政府投入经费 2 0 0 0年为 1 5 0 8万元、 2 0 0 1年为 1 0 0 8 7万元。结论 结核病健康教育是成功的 ,取得的效果也是非常明显的 ,但不同人群收到的“知”、“行”效果不平衡 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis health education in Zhejiang Province Methods A questionnaire survey was made among 150 administrative officials, 177 medical workers, 180 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and 60 family members of TB patients in Zhejiang Province by random sampling, and 240 examination papers were sampled randomly during the quizzes on tuberculosis control among the masses held by 22 cities/counties in this province, so as to understand the knowledge levels about TB among these five groups The relevant epidemiological data such as smear positive rate, registration rate of smear positive patients, DOTS coverage, and data about administrative measures on TB control were collected from the statistical data of different cities/counties Results The knowledge rate about TB control of the five groups of interviewees were 63 33%, 78 98%,59 33%,62 00%,and 52 25% respectively with an average of 62 39% In the project counties, the number of newly discovered smear positive patients was 2951 in 1998, 3216 in 1999,and 4381 in 2000; the completion rate of treatment was 94 88% in 1998,95 18% in 1999,and 93 95% in 2000; and the new registration rate of smear positive cases was 13 10/100 thousand in 1998, 14 30/100 thousand, and 19 5/100 thousand in 2000 The fund invested by the govenment for TB control was 1 508 million yuan in 2000, and 10 087 million yuan in 2001 Conclusion The TB control project implemented in Zhejiang Province is effective
