摘要
文蛤稚贝中间育成密度对其日生长、出苗量、育成成活率有一定影响。育成密度2 8万~19 6万枚/m2,日生长差异显著;密度在2 8万~11 2万枚/m2及11 2~19 6万枚/m2,日生长差异不显著。在试验密度范围内,随着育成密度增加,稚贝出苗量也在增加,成活率呈下降趋势,为85 25%~77 18%;在相同密度条件下,试验前期明显比后期生长速度慢;不同密度组,生长速度前期和后期差异不明显。稚贝开始育成密度以不超过3 0万枚/m2为好。
The nursing density of the spats of the clam Meretrix meretrix Linnaeas ind influences on the daily growth,output and survival rate of the spats.When the spats density ranged from 28×104ind/m2 to 112×104ind/m2 and from 112×104ind/m2 to 196×104ind/m2,the growth rate has not obvious difference. The relationship between the density (x) ranging 28×104ind/m2~196×104ind/m2,the daily growth (y),and spats output (z) may express as following regression equations:1y=3901136/x;2z=1819x+870In the experimental density range,as the nursing density increased,the spats output enhanced too, the survival rate tended to decline,and reached 8525%~7718%Under the same density condition the growth rate of the spats was higher obviously in the later period than in the early period.In different density groups,there was not evident disparity of the growth rate comparing the early stage with the later stage.The optimal nursing density of the clam spats at beginning is no more than 30×104ind/m2
