摘要
试验结果表明,在水温24—30℃的室内人工饲养条件下,管角螺受精卵经30d发育变态为稚螺,孵化率98%。幼螺适宜温度为23—35℃、盐度为13.0~39.0。饵料以双壳贝类为主。经过50d培育,共育出壳高8—32mm的幼螺11.81万个,成活率92%。幼螺经12个月培养,壳高约10cm。
Hemifusus tuba (Gmelin) as a economically important marine Gastropoda is commonly found along the coasts in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan provinces, and high adaptation to temperature and salinity.In this paper, the biological characteristics, artificial seeding and culture of the animal were studied in indoor ponds. The artificial seeding showed that it took 30 days for the embryo to develop into veliger larvae at water temperature of 24 -30 ℃, with a hatching rate of 98%. For the larvae, the optimum water temperature ranged from 23 to 35 ℃and the salinity varied from 13.0 to 39.0. The larvae fed on bivalve. About 1. 181 - 105 juveniles with shell height of 8 - 32 mm were achieved for 50 day culture with a survival rate of 92%, and the juveniles had 10 cm in shell height after 12 month culture.
