摘要
目的 :评价透明质酸钠防治手屈指肌腱粘连的有效性和安全性。方法 :回顾性分析 5 6例手屈指肌腱手术者 ,在肌腱损伤修复部鞘内或局部 ,分别注入透明质酸钠凝胶制剂。A组 3 0例 ,注入 2 0mg/ 2mL ;B组 2 8例不用透明质酸钠。其它治疗两组相同 ;术后 4,8,12周测定相关部位的功能、疼痛、肿胀情况 ,按关节功能、握拳功能评价透明质酸钠预防粘连的效果。结果 :5 6例经 4～ 12周随访 ,A组优良率 70 .0 0 % ,无明显不良反应。B组 3 9.2 9% ,两组比较P <0 .0 5。结论 :透明质酸钠凝胶预防术后屈指肌腱粘连有明显的作用 ,作用安全。
Objective: To evaluate the effects and safety of sodium hyaluronate on adhesion prevention of flexor tendon after the hand surgery. Method: In 56 cases of patients recieving the flexor tendon surgery, sodium hyaluronate jelly prepartions were injected into the tendon sheath before suture and a retrospective analysis was conducted. The preparation(20 mg/2 mL) was given for group A (30 patients), the controlled group (group B, 28 patients) were treated in the same way except injection of sodium hyaluronate. The functions of afflicted fingers including flexibility, pain and swelling were measured immediately and at the fourth, eighth, and twelfth weeks after operation. Result: All 56 patients were followed up 4 to 12 weeks. The effective rate in the group A was 70.0%, and no negative effects were found, that in the controlled group was 39.29%, There were significant difference between both groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Sodium hyaluronate preparations have effects in adhesion prevention after flexor tendon surgery with safety and expedience.
