摘要
以金顶侧耳(Pleurotus citrinipileatus)JND-020菌株为供试材料,通过对孢子进行紫外诱变,使其发生12种单重营养缺陷突变,获得不同基因型的营养缺陷突变菌株33株,发生1种双重营养缺陷突变,获得双重营齐缺陷突变菌株1株,总计34株。
The test strain is JND - 020 of Pleurotus citrinipileatus. Its spores were mutated by ultraviolet ray, and then 12 monoauxotrophic mutations and 1 double auxotrophic mutation took place, what have been obtained were 33 auxotrophic mutated strains of different genotypes and 1 double auxotrophic mutated strain, 34 strains in total.
