摘要
针对工程车辆在作业过程中作业质量与作业阻力的变化 ,在模糊控制自动换挡系统的基础上 ,采用修正模糊量化因子的方法 ,建立了工程车辆的模糊自适应换挡系统 ,使自动换挡系统具有了自动适应工作条件和工作环境的变化能力 ,提高了作业效率 .仿真研究表明了自适应模糊换挡系统的可行性和有效性 .
The working resistance and the vehicular mass of engineering vehicles variey under working condition.The traditional fuzzy control used in the shift strategy of vehicle is not suitable for the shift point control under the working condition.After researching into the fuzzy shift strategy and the course of shift,the main principle of fuzzy shift and the shift strategy is determined.Then the fuzzy adaptive shift system is realized by adjusting the fuzzy normalized factor.The simulation under the working condition of the bulldozer is carried out.The simulation results indicate that the fuzzy adaptive shift strategy is effective and practicable.
