摘要
介绍了利用激光干涉仪检测和辨识数控机床几何精度的方法,建立了基于激光干涉仪的三坐标数控机床几何误差的数学模型.在准确掌握三坐标数控机床几何误差的基础上,利用所开发的误差补偿软件进行了误差补偿实验.结果表明,经过误差补偿,数控机床的加工精度可以明显提高.
The paper introduces the approach to checking and measuring, to identifying the errors occurred in the three-axis numerical controlled machine tools with laser interferometer, and builds up the figure model of such errors based on the instruments mentioned above. Using developed error compensation software we made several error compensation experients. The results indicated that the precision in production with the machine tools will be greatly improved.
