摘要
文章着重从远程教育的合理使用权、网站的法定转载摘编权和数字化图书馆的合理使用权这三方面分析了著作权人的网络传播权应当受到的权利限制。
This article mainly analyzes the restriction of the right of communication in cyberspace from such three aspects as fair use right of distant education, reprinting and excerpting right of web site operators, fair use right of digital library.
