摘要
分析著作权法修正案中法定许可适用范围的扩大,如增加规定教科书条款和第四十三条之修改,并从3个方面提出网络作品适用法定许可的合理性。
In the Amendment of Copyright Law, the area of application of statutory license is enlarged, such as the additional regulation of the textbooks clause and the revision of Article 43. Based on the economic analysis of statutory license and construction of the Chinese digital library, it's reasonable to apply the statutory license to the Internet works.
