摘要
目的:探讨左归丸防治骨质疏松症的机理。方法:以卵巢切除所致的骨质疏松大鼠为模型,采用骨组织形态计量学方法测定胫骨骨小梁体积百分比(TBV%)、骨小梁吸收表面百分比(TRS%)和骨小梁形成表面百分比(TFS%),采用放射免疫分析法测定外周血清中雌二醇(E2)、骨钙素(BGP)和降钙素(CT)的含量。结果:左归丸能使胫骨TBV%显著增高,使TRS%和TFS%显著降低。大鼠切除卵巢后,在E2含量大幅度降低的同时,BGP含量明显增加,CT含量明显降低。左归丸对E2含量无显著影响,但能使CT含量增加,使BGP含量降低。结论:左归丸能使CT含量增加是其防治骨质疏松症的机理之一。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Zuogui pill of preventing and treating osteoporosis. Methods: The ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis rat model was adopted. TBV%, TRS% and TFS% in tibia were measured by bone histomorphometry. The content of bone Gla-containing protein (BGP) and Calcitonim (CT) in blood serum were detected with the radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: Zuogui pill can increased TBV% and decreased TRS%, TFS% markedly. After rats have been spaied, the content of BGP heightened markedly, and the content of CT reduced markedly while the content of E2 reduced markedly. Zuogui pill had no effect on the content of E2, but it can increased CT and decreased BGP markedly. Conclusion: Zuogui pill increasing the content of CT was one of mechanisms of its preventing and treating osteoprosis.
