摘要
研究了双重退火及变形水冷处理工艺对TC 11钛合金组织、性能的影响,指出合适的变形水冷工艺可使合金的室温位伸、500℃拉伸、500℃/100 b热暴露及疲劳极限达到双重退火的水平。并指出在500℃/588 MPa 持久拉伸条件下,由于相界的空洞聚集及晶内局部应变,可使经变形水冷后矫正并时效的合金断裂抗力下降。
The effect of double annealing and deformation followed by WQ respectively
on the microstructures and mechanical properties of TC 11(Ti6.5 A(?)3.5 Mo 1.5 Zr 0.3Si)tita-
nium alloy has been investigated.The results show that the properties of TC 11 alloy treated by
the process of deformation followed by WQ,the tensile tests at room temperature,at 300℃,or
the alloy exposed to 500℃ air and 100h and the fatigue limits are corresponding to those of
double annealing one.When the alloy deformed at 950℃ for 40% followed by WQ is tested under
endurance tension of 588 MPa at 500℃,its endurance life decreases as a result of cavities colle-
cting along phase boundaries and partial strain inside the grains of primary a
