摘要
介绍铝材等温/等压挤压工艺的发展概况,重点论述了铝材热坯料梯度水冷工艺的特点,对比分析了该工艺在不同条件的应用效果。结果认为,该方法能提供多种精确的温度梯度,是正挤压实现等温/等压挤压工艺的一种十分有效的方法,不仅可使产品的组织、性能和尺寸均匀性大大提高,而且可大幅度提高挤压速度,缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。
This thesis introduced the general development situation of aluminum isothermal/equipressure extrusion technology,focused on the technology characteristics of gradient water-cooling for hot aluminum billet,and contrast analyzed different application effects of this technology on different conditions.The result showed that this technology could provide several kinds of accurate temperature gradients,was a quite effective method for forward extrusion to implement isothermal/equipressure extrusion technology,did not only greatly improved structure, performance and size uniformity of products, but also sped up extrusion, shortened production cycle and increased production efficiency.
