摘要
通过分析广州市3家水泥厂1年时间里的水泥胶砂强度、标准稠度用水量和凝结时间等指标的质量波动情况,探讨了水泥质量波动对预拌混凝土性能的影响关系。分析结果表明,水泥强度、需水性和凝结时间波动对混凝土性能的影响较大,而且对不同等级混凝土的影响幅度不同。
The fluctuation of the mortar strength, water demand for normal co ns istency and setting time of cement from 3 plants in Guangzhou in a year was anal yzed, and the influence of the fluctuation of cement quality on ready-mixed co ncrete property was discussed. The results show that the fluctuation of cement s trength, water-demanding property and setting time has a great effect on concr ete property and the extent of the effect is different to different grade concre te.
