摘要
本文提出了一种水泥缓凝机理新假说:外加剂与水泥浆体进行化学的、物理的或物理化学的作用,使浆体液相pH值暂时降低而无法形成或缓慢形成具有胶凝性的水化产物。凡是使浆体液相pH值降低的物质均为缓凝剂;反之,使浆体液相pH值提高的物质均为促凝剂。
In this paper a new hypothesis on retarding mechanism of cement setting was proposed. The cementitious products can hardly be formed or can only be formed slowly for a short period of time by lower level of pH value in liquid phase in contact with the cement paste due to chemical, physical or physico-chemical reaction between the additives and the paste. All additives dropping pH value of the liquid phase in contact with the paste are retarders of cement setting; oppositely, accelerators.
