摘要
本实验用hCG和PGF_(2σ)抗血清对妊娠4天的小鼠胚胎进行体外处理,经过移植后,二个实验组的胚胎着床率(hCG组为25.2±0.37%和PGF_(2σ)组为28.6±0.19%)均显著低于对照组(hCG组为74.9±0.48%,PGF_(2σ)组为73.2±0.17%)P<0.001。研究结果证明;着床前小鼠胚泡能分泌和合成hCG样糖蛋白物质和PGF_(2σ),而hCG和PGF_(2σ)抗血清对小鼠胚泡着床有显著的抑制效应。
The objective of this study was to use the antisera of hCG (hCG a/s) and PGF2α (PGF a/s) to treat the embryos of day 4 pregnant mice in vitro. After the blastocysts were transferred into the uteri of pseudopregnant mice, the percentages of implantation of the experiment groups (hCG a/s group 25.2±0.37% and PGF2α a/s group 28.6 ± 0.19%) were signi-ficantly lower than those of the control groups (hCG group 74.9±0.48%, PGF2α group 73.2±0.17%). The results of this experiment suggest that the hCG-like substance and PGF2α produced by the mouse blastocysts during the preimplantation stage and the anti-implantation effect of the anti-sera of hCG and PGF2α were significant on mice.
