摘要
高合金奥氏体不锈钢铸态组织中有σ相存在,经850~1120℃热处理所形成的σ相包括:(Fe-Cr)σ相、(Fe-Mo)σ相、以及(CrNiSi)σ相。850℃左右有M6C型碳化物和NbC析出。该钢经1150℃×2h水冷固溶处理后,具有优良的抗均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、点蚀和化学腐蚀性能。
The σ pheses exist in as-cast structure of high--alloy cast austenitic stainless steel, σ pheses obtained by the heat treatment at 860~1120℃ include:(Fe-Cr) σ pheses, (FeMo) σ pheses and (CrNiSi) σ pheses. The M6C carbide and NbC have been precipitated at about 850℃, after solution treatment at 1150℃ for 2h WC,this steel prossesses good general corrosion,intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and electrochemical corrosion properties.
