摘要
运动员在进行运动训练的同时 ,还要在日常膳食中注意合理营养 ,并适当补充一定的营养强力物质 ,这从理论上和实际运用中都证明能够增强运动员的运动能力。本人就营养干预作为强力手段 ,提高运动员的竞技水平所发挥的作用进行了探讨。
When the athletes do exercises, it is very necessary for them to pay attention t o nourishment in their daily food. At the same time, they should replenish some powerful and nutritions materials.Thess materials can increase athletes′compet ition ability not only in theory but also in practical use. The author discuses how to use some nourishment as powerful means to improve athletes′conditions.
