摘要
目的:为了解我省跳水运动员饮食习惯,指导运动员合理、平衡膳食提供依据,对我省跳水队25名运动员进行饮食习惯调查。方法:通过问卷调查会员饮食结构进行分析。结果表明:我省跳水运动员大部分早餐习惯较好:蛋类、奶制品、豆制品;肉类制品中水产品摄入相对较少,蔬菜摄入比较充足;大部分运动员每天吃水果,但摄入的量不足;运动后补液不合理,应提倡运动后多补充运动饮料。
Purpose: The diving team of 25 athletes in Jiangsu province was investigated dietary habits in order to understand the eating habits and guide athlete's reasonable,balanced diet.Method: Member diet through questionnaires for analysis.Result: Most of athletes have a better breakfast habits Eggs,dairy products,soy products,fish products were small intake.More adequate was intake of vegetables.Most athletes eat fruit,but less than the amount of intake Rehydration after exercise unreasonable,should be promoted more to add sports drinks after exercise.
