摘要
Alcohol distillery waste from cane molasses was used as sole substrate to culture several kinds of edible fungi in submerged state.The results showed that Ganoderma was most suitable to grow in the waste water.The influence of seed ages,temperature and pH value et al on the growing of haphy were investigated.In the case of nothing being added to the waste,the cycls of culture was 4 days,and the biomass production rate reached to 1.1 g/100ml,and the residue sugar concentration dropped from 2.1 g/100ml to 0.5 g/100ml.The removal rate of COD was about 39%.
