摘要
用味精废水对苏云金杆菌ＨＭ－１菌株进行了摇瓶培养及深层培养研究，确定了苏云金杆菌ＨＭ－１菌株最佳培养条件为温度３２～３４℃、通风比１∶１．１、搅拌转速４００ｒ／ｍｉｎ。在此条件下培养，发酵液中形成的芽孢浓度可达到７５×１０８个／ｍＬ。
The study on culture of Bacillus Thuringiensis HM 1 strain with the wastewater from monosodium glutamate production was carried out,the optimum culture conditions of temperature of 32 34℃,ventilation rate of 1∶1.1 and stirring velocity of 400 rpm were determined.Under the conditions the concentration of spore in the fermentative solution could reach to 75×10 8 per mL.
