摘要
本文研究了四极电光偏转的原理与特性,设计了凹圆形四极电光偏转器,计算了其场强分布与光束偏转角,给出了电光偏转线性区。
In this paper, the principle and characteristics of the electro-optic deflection with quadrupole electrodes have been investigated. An electro-optic deflector with the circular concave electrodes has been designed. The distribution of field strength and the deflection angle of light beam have been calculated. The linear range of electro-optic deflection has been given.
