New Tunable Electro-Optic Deflector

摘要 本文从理论上探讨了利用压电材料的电光效应来实现光束偏转的可能性,提出了电光偏转器的设计思想,指出电光晶体的最佳候选者为钨青铜型铌酸盐材料。 In this paper, the possibility of using the electro-optic effect of piezoelectric materials to realize beam deflection is investigated theoretically. .The design method for electro-optic deflector is proposed. It is shown that the optimum candidate of electro-optic crystal is MNbO3 of tungsten bronze.
