摘要
用Mo、W、Si粉通过自蔓延爆炸合成方法制备MoSi2 、WSi2 、Mo5Si3、W5Si3及其合金。对反应产物进行X射线衍射及电子探针分析 ,并研究了不同炉膛温度对合成反应产物的影响。
The synthesis of MoSi 2?WSi 2?Mo 5Si 3?W 5Si 3 and their alloys from Mo?W and Si powders by the thermal explosion mode of SHS was investigated .The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and electron microscope. The influence of furnace temperature to those products was investigated.
