摘要
MO、W、Si粉未通过自蔓延燃烧合成WSi2-MOSi2复合材料,粉末W量影响合成反应。MO:W原子比≤1,合成反应不能进行。合成产物相WSi2、MOSi2实际上是以固溶体(WxMoy)Si2形式存在,并且合成伴生少量(WxMoy)5Si3.
the synthesis of WSi 2-W OSi 2 made from W、M O,and Si powers by self-propagating combustion method is investigated, it is found whether reaction can happen is determined by W atom amount When the atom ratio of M O:W was lower than 1,the synthesis reaction could nkt happen. The csact form of synthesis productions Wsi 2 and W OSi 2 is predominently solid solutions (W xMo y)Si 2,companided by small fractioon of (W xMo y) 5Si 3 phase.
