摘要
本文提出一种能完全平衡平面连杆机构摆动力矩的简便方法。该方法把平衡问题转化成了平面凸轮轮廓线的综合问题,且具有设计简单、结构上容易实现等优点。给出了一个计算实例,该方法对于输入构件为转动件的平面连杆机构的摆动力矩平衡问题均适用。
This paper presents a new, simple method for the complete shaking moment balancing of planar n-bar linkages caused by inertia but excluding external loads. First, the shaking force is balanced by using the method of linearly independent vectors,and then the shaking moment is balanced by adding one variable-angular-velocity roll inertia counterweight and one planar groove cam. This technique can beused for the balancing of all planar linkages which have arevolute input kinetic pair. The method transforms the balance problem into a profile curve synthesis of a planar cam. Therefore,it is simple and convenient to use. As a numerical example, the method is used to balance a six-bar mechanism.
