摘要
本文首先应用线性无关矢量法对平面八杆机构作了讨论,得出了满足静平衡条件的构件设计方程;进而对已设计好的任意形状的构件,通过加平衡质矢,使其质量重新分配,从而满足动代换条件,得到了任意形状构件满足动代换条件的设计方程,最后使用动代换法,对平面八杆机构的平衡问题重作讨论,实现了平面八杆机构惯性力和惯性力矩的完全平衡。
The design expressions for the planar 8-bar linkage under the condition of perfect balance of shaking forces have been derived by the method of linearly-independent mass-vectors. The design expressions developed by redistributing the masses of the existing links so that the unsymmetrical link satisfies the dynamically equivalent condition from which the shaking moment balance of the planar 8-bar linkages can be realized are also given.
