摘要
目的 :回顾并探讨肾上腺皮质癌的诊疗方法。方法:肾上腺皮质癌患者19例,其中男性11例,女性8例。年龄6岁～72岁 ,平均38.4岁。有异常内分泌功能表现者9例,分别为Cushing's综合征,原发性醛固酮增多症和性腺异常征。无异常内分泌功能表现者10例。均采用手术治疗。结果:本组19例病人均经手术治疗并被术后病理证实。结论:该病的早期诊断和治疗是改善预后的前提,根治性手术是有效的治疗方案,对于晚期肿瘤的病人,可考虑mitotane(临氯苯对氯苯二乙烷,细胞毒化合物 )
Objective:To review and study the diagnosis and management of patients with adrenal cortical carcinoma(ACC).Methods:This study included 19 patients with ACC,which comprised of 11 males and 8 females.Mean age 38.4 years,range 6～72.At diagnosis,hormonally active tumor diagnosed were 9 of them,which usually showed typical clinical features such as Cushing's syndrome,primary aldosteronism,and adrenogenital syndrome.10 patients were nonfunctional ACC.All the patients treated by surgery.Results:All the patients treated by surgery and confirmed pathologically.Conclusion:The premise of improve prognosis is early diagnosis and management,althought very difficult.Surgical removal of the tumor is efficial treatment.For distant disease,mitotane and EDP may be a valuable method of treatment of ACC.
