摘要
目的 :提高肾上腺皮质癌的诊治水平。方法 :结合临床资料及有关文献回顾性分析 3例肾上腺皮质癌的临床表现、病理分期、诊断治疗和预后。结果 :1例女性患者为 期功能型肿瘤 ,经手术治疗生存 3年 ;2例男性患者为 期无功能型肿瘤 ,1例手术生存 2年 7个月 ,最后死于无关疾病 ,1例行穿刺活检生存 4个月后死亡。结论 :外科手术是肾上腺皮质癌唯一有效的治疗方法 ,早期诊断、彻底手术是治疗本病的关键。
Purpose:To evaluate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of adrenocortical carcinoma. Methods:3 cases of adrenocortical carcinoma were reviewed, in combination with related literature.Results:1 case with stage 1 functional tumor received radical adrenolectomy actuarially survived 3 years. There were 2 cases with stage 4 nonfunctional tumors, 1 case received radical adrenolectomy actuarially survived 2 years and 7 months, the other case underwent needle biopsy survived only 4 months.Conclusions:Surgical resection is the only potentially curative treatment for adrenocortical carcinoma, and early diagnosis and prompt surgical resection are necessary.
