摘要
本文以独特的、自行设计的支承刚度可变的多功能模拟轴系为具体的研究对象 ,对百万千瓦级汽轮发电机组的动力特性进行分析 ,分析不同支承方式引起轴系临界转速的变化 ;不同支承刚度对轴系振动的影响 ;轴系扬度曲线对轴系临界转速的影响 ;以及不对中安装对轴系振动的影响。
In the paper,the self_designed multifunctional simulating shafting with changeable support stiffnesses is taken as the study supject and a close analysis of the dynamic features for the million_kilow_class turbogenerator is conducted.Concretely,a comprehensive theoretical and experimental study on the change of critical speed of shafting caused by different supporting types,on the influence of different support stiffinesses on shafting vibration,the influence of shafting deflection curve on critical speed,and the influence of non_alignment installation on shafting vibration is carried out.
