摘要
以国产600 MW大型汽轮发电机端部结构为分析对象,对定子绕组端部的受力特性进行了理论研究。首先对端部结构进行简化,建立了定子绕组端部的数学模型,并利用镜像法和比奥-萨格尔定律计算得到了端部电磁力密度,给出了单根线棒上电磁力表达式的通式。然后分别比较了相差一个极距的同层线棒、同一定子槽中的上下层线棒、相差一个节距且鼻端相连的两根线棒等不同线棒之间以及线棒不同段之间的径向、切向、轴向电磁力密度。最后分析了同一相带内的同层线棒在同一时刻的电磁力密度变化趋势,并总结了其出现极值点的位置规律,所得分析结果对线棒的绑扎固定有一定的理论指导意义。
Theoretical research on the force on end windings are conducted for the end structure of a 600MW home- made turbo-generator. After the simplification on the end structure, the stator end windings'mathematical model was es- tablished, and the electromagnetic forces density of the end windings were computed by image method and the Biot-Sa- vart Law method, and the electromagnetic forces expression of a single bar were obtained. Then the radical, peripheral and axial electromagnetic forces density in different bars among same layer, bars between a pole pitch, adverse layer bars in the same stator slot, two bars linked by the end between a pitch, and different segments of a bar were compared respectively. Finally the electromagnetic forces" change trends of the bars in the same layer and same phase belt were analyzed, and the laws of the extreme value location were gotten, which can provide theoretical advisings for the bind- ing of the end winding bars.
