摘要
本文报道了1987~1989年施用微量元素硒,及硒、硫配合施用对提高大豆品质的影响。盆栽试验结果表明,在氮、磷、钾做肥底的基础上,每亩土壤施硒5.3 g,可使低硒地区大豆籽粒的含硒量从0.065 ppm 提高到0.365 ppm,达到正常水平;每亩土壤施硒5.3 g,硫40kg,不但可使低硒地区大豆的含硒量达到正常水平,还可使大豆籽粒中蛋氨酸的含量比对照增加8.6%,胱氨酸的含量比对照增加6.9%,方差分析都达到了极显著的水平。
This paper reports the effect of selenium and sulphur application on improving the quali-ty of soybeans.The pot experimental results showed that the selenium content in soybeangrain was increased from 0.065 ppm to 0.365 ppm by applying Se 5.3 g/mu to the soil takenfrom selenium deficiency area,when NKP were applied as basal dressing.This selenium con-tent comes to an optimum level for human nutrition.When Se 5.3 g/mu was applied incombination with S 2.7 kg/mu,not only selenium content,but also methionine and cystinecontents in soybean grain were increased.The methionine content of S 40+Se 80 treatmentwas 8.6% higher than that of CK.The cystine content of S 40+Se 80 treatment was 6.9%higher than that of CK.Their variance analyses were significant.
