摘要
目的软腭缺损引起的软腭畸形与腭咽功能障碍非常显著,国内外专家学者对软腭缺损的修复做了大量的研究,并且有很多文献报道。作者总结此方面的临床经验,结合其他专家学者的报告,汇总不同组织瓣修复方法的特点,综述目前临床的大体方法及展望未来发展趋势。
Soft palate deformities and velopharyngeal dysfunctions caused by soft palate defects are very significant. Scholars and clinicians have done a lot of research and published many papers about the repairing methods. In our es- say, we summarize clinical experience of our work, combined with academic reports of other experts and scholars, to come up with an overview of current clinical methods and characteristics of different flaps, as well as a overlook to the future development.
