通过分析目前西南地区船员培训的现状及开展船员培训的有利条件,提出开展船员培训的措施,以改变西南地区船员培训落后的面貌。
This paper made an analysis of the training for the Southwest crew and a discussion on the measures to change the old aspact of the training in the Southwest region.
