摘要
船员素质是船舶营运安全的决定性因素。文章基于南宁辖区内河船员培训的现状,探讨了提高内河船员培训质量的意义,分析了内河船员培训存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。
Quality of Sailor is vital to the overall safety of boat operations. Based on the current labor status,the article analyzes the current condition of training problem in Nanning discusses the significance of the problem. The existing problems and suggestions are provided in the end.
