摘要
利用光学传输矩阵法 ,引入理想因子 ,研究了 3单元复周期结构光子晶体存在理想多通道滤波特性的参数条件。研究发现 ,其它参数固定时 ,晶体的高低折射率介质光学厚度比值离 1越远 ,则多通道滤波特性越理想 ;波的入射角越大 ,则多通道滤波特性越理想 ;在适当的参数条件下 ,可以获得非常理想的多通道滤波特性 ,对应的理想因子值在 10 - 4以下。
Introducing a parameter called perfect factor, we investigated the operating conditions for the existence of perfect multi-channel filtering of three-cell complex-period photonic crystals with the optical transmission matrix method. It is found that the multi-channel filtering properties become more perfect as the ratio of the optical length of the high refractive index dielectric in the photonic crystal to that of the low refractive index dielectric goes away from the value 1. Also, it becomes more perfect when the angle of wave incidence increases. Under proper operating parameters, quite perfect multi-channel filtering properties, corresponding to a perfect factor of 10-4, can be obtained with the complex-period photonic crystals.
