摘要
地下室钢筋混凝土裂缝是建筑工程质量通病之一 ,且其裂缝在长期荷载及地下水压、土压作用下会加深加大 ,造成很大危害 ,结合某校教学大楼地下室的施工 ,针对大体积混凝土的特点 ,阐述了地下室混凝土早期裂缝的特征及成因 ,提出通过从设计、施工、养护方法及采用纤维混凝土等方面采取措施 。
Cracks of basement reinforced concrete are a common problem in building construction,which will become wider and deeper due to lasting loads and pressures caused by groundwater and earth,therefore,the cracks do great damage to the building.Examplifying the construction of the teaching building's basement in an university,considering features of huge volume concrete,the characteristics and causes of earlier cracks of basement concrete are dealt with,and some improved measures from aspects of design,construction,maintenance and using fibre reinforced concrete are presented,finally,the cracks of basement concrete which can be prevented are concluded.
