摘要
为探析跨河桥梁水中大直径钻孔灌注桩关键施工技术,以磴口黄河特大桥为案例,分析水中大直径桩基施工的重难点及施工要点。实践表明,在进行跨河桥梁水中大直径钻孔灌注桩施工中,先搭设钻孔平台并使钻机就位,采用桩基钢筋笼安放台架进行钢筋笼接长及下放,同时做好泥浆循环、清孔及水下混凝土灌注等施工要点把控,可有效提升水中钻孔进度和精度,确保钢筋笼安装精度及下放稳定性,从而有效提升水中大直径钻孔灌注桩的施工质量,保障桩基础的承载力、稳定性,更好地保障跨河桥梁工程施工质量。
To explore the key construction techniques of large-diameter bored piles for underwater cross-river bridges,this paper combines the actual case of Dengkou Yellow River Special Bridge to analyze the key points and difficulties in underwater large-diameter pile foundation construction.Practice has shown that in the construction of such piles,the following steps are crucial:first,setting up the drilling platform and positioning the drilling rig;then,using a pile steel cage placement frame to extend and lower the steel cage.Meanwhile,strict control over key processes like mud circulation,hole cleaning,and underwater con‐crete pouring not only improves the progress and accuracy of underwater drilling,but also ensures the instal‐lation accuracy and lowering stability of the steel cage.This approach effectively enhances the construction quality of underwater large-diameter bored piles,guarantees the bearing capacity and stability of pile foun‐dations,and better ensures the construction quality of cross-river bridge projects.
