摘要
通过对固体酸 ZSH- 1 (SO2 -4 /Zr O2 - Si O2 )、ZST(SO2 -4 /Zn O2 - Ti O2 )、ZSM- 5、阳离子交换树脂 73 2以及硫酸的催化应用对比 ,实验研究了以副产溴化氢和乙醇为原料合成溴乙烷的新工艺。考察了催化剂及用量、反应时间、物料配比等因素对溴乙烷合成收率的影响。实验结果表明固体超强酸 ZSH- 1是以溴化氢和乙醇为原料合成溴乙烷的适宜催化剂 ,其催化性能稳定 ,可回收再生重复使用 ,溴乙烷收率达 98.7%,为实现溴乙烷的绿色生产技术 ,提供了参考依据。
Ethyl bromide was synthesized from hydrogen bromide and ethanol using ZSH-1(SO 2- 4/ZrO 2-SiO 2),ZST(SO 2- 4/ZnO 2-TiO 2),ZSM-5,cation exchange resin 732 and sulfuric acid as catalysts. The process conditions were investigated, for example catalyst usage, reaction time and ratio of raw materials. The experimental results indicated that solid super acid ZSH-1(SO 2- 4/ZrO 2-SiO 2)is a suitable catalyst which has stable catalytic activity and can be reused. The yield of ethyl bromide was 98.7%. The new process is valuable for green chemical industry.
