摘要
丙烯与溴化氢在催化剂作用下,进行自由基加成反应生产1-溴丙烷。考察了反应温度、原料配比、通气速度对产品收率的影响,研究表明:反应温度40℃,C3H6∶HBr摩尔比1.02∶1~1.05∶1,为最适宜条件,在该条件下产物收率达96%。
1-Bromopropane is produced from hydrogen bromide and propene in the presence of catalyst by free radical addition process.The results showed that the optimal reaction condition is as follows:the reaction temperature was 40 ℃;the molar ratio of propene to hydrogen bromide was 1.02-1.05∶1.The yield of addition reaction was 96% under these conditions.
