摘要
目的 :观察补中益气汤含药血清等 8种制剂体外给药对大鼠胃壁细胞胃泌素受体结合作用的影响。方法 :放射配基受体结合法。结果 :补中益气汤含药血清、参麦注射液、黄芪多糖能抑制大鼠胃壁细胞胃泌素受体与12 5I 胃泌素的特异性结合。结论 :补中益气汤含药血清等对大鼠胃壁细胞胃泌素受体的结合作用有一定影响 ,补中益气汤调节胃泌素受体复健脾虚证的机理可能在于与胃泌素受体竞争性结合。
Objective: We have proved that Buzhong Yiqi Tang (BZYQT,补中益气汤) in vivo can recover the deficiency of the Pi by regulating gastrin receptors in gastric parietal cells in rats. Now we observed the effect of the serum containing BZYQT in vitro on the parietal cells. Methods: Gastrin receptors were analyzed in gastric parietal cells preparations using 125 I gastrin. Results: The serum containing BZYQT, Injection of Ginseng and Ophiopogona and Astragalus Polysaccharide Injectable powder have a significant inhibitory effect on 125 I gastrin binding to gastrin receptors. Conclusion: BZYQT can recover the deficiency of the Pi probably by inhibition of gastrin binding to its receptors in gastric parietal cells in rats.
