摘要
本文联合应用细胞淘洗与连续密度梯度分离技术，将有用胶原酶消化分离得到胃粘膜细胞进行分类，建立了壁细胞分离方法，壁细胞纯度达到８０％，存活率达９５％以上。保存细胞活性，提高细胞纯度是细胞分离纯化过程中至关重要的两个环节。该方法为深入研究壁细胞生理及胃肠激素对壁细胞功能的调节提供了实验工具。
By combining of cell elutriation technique and density gradient centrifugation,a method for isolating parietal cells from the rabbit gastric mucosa was established.Purity of the parietal cells was as high as 80 %.Maintaining the viablity of cells and enhancing their purity are both of prime importance for a successful separation, This method may provide us with a useful cell model for further investigation of the physiology of parietal cells and the regulation of parietal cell functions by gastrointestinal hormones.
