摘要
目的 观察黄芪注射液对老年急性心肌梗死 (AMI)早期患者左室重塑和心功能的影响。方法 92例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为黄芪治疗组 (治疗组 ,4 6例 )和常规治疗组 (对照组 ,4 6例 ) ,于治疗 1周及 4周后行超声心动图检查 ,测定左室舒张末容积指数、左室收缩末容积指数、左室前部内膜弧长和左室后部内膜弧长 ,同时治疗 4周后行核素心血池心室造影 ,判断左室收缩与舒张功能。结果 治疗 4周后 ,治疗组左室舒张末容积指数、左室收缩末容积指数和左室前部内膜弧长无明显提高 ,两组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组左室射血分数、左室峰射血率及左室峰充盈率明显提高 ,左室峰充盈率时间缩短 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 黄芪注射液是阻抑老年AMI左室重塑。
Objective To observe effect of Astragalus i nj ection on left ventricular remodeling and left ventricular function in elderly p atients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with AMI were randomly divi ded into the Astragalus injection treatment group and the control group. At the end of the 1st week,and the 4th week after the treatment,the left ventric ul ar structure parameters were measured by echocardiogram,and the cardiac systol ic and diastolic functions were assessed by nuclide gating cardiac blood-pool i maging at the end of 4th week after the treatment in all patients. Results At the end of the 4th week,the left ventricular end-dia stolic volume index(LVEDVI),the left ventricular end-systolic volume inde(LVE SVI)and the anterior endocardial segmental(ASL)in the treatment group were si gnificantly decreased as compared with the control group,the left ventricular ej ection fraction (LVEF),the left ventricular peak ejecting rate(PER) and the l eft ventricular peak filling rate (PFR) were higher,and the left ventricular t ime for peack filling rate was shorter in the treatment group.Conclusion Astragalus injection is one of the effective drugs on reversing left ventricular remodeling and on improving left ventricular fuct ion in elderly patients with AMI.
