摘要
目的 探讨PET延迟显像在腹部恶性肿瘤诊断中的作用 .方法 164例18F -FDGPET扫描腹部有局灶性葡萄糖代谢增高灶的病人经饮水、进食 1~ 3小时后进行了腹部延迟显像 .根据延迟显像SUV(标准摄取值 )变化 ,病人分为二组 :A组 (18例 )延迟显像SUV值增高 ;B组延迟显像SUV值降低或病灶消失 .两组病例进行随访 .结果A组 10例经病理、余 8例PET所示病灶均得到CT/MR证实为恶性病变 .B组未发现腹部恶性肿瘤改变 .通过延迟显像 ,164例中筛选出 18例高度怀疑结直肠癌患者 .
Objective To investigate the evaluation of FDG-PET delayed image in diagnosis of malignant neoplasm in abdomen.Methods Total 164 cases who had abnormal hypermetabolic foci in the abdomen underwent delayed image after 1-3 hours later,in this period,patients ate food and water.Standard uptake value (SUV) were calculated.patients were further divided into two groups by SUV value.Group one was enclosed the patients who had increased SUV in the second scan and group two,SUV decreased.We followed up all of the patients by biopsy or CT/MR.Results The SUV increased significantly on delayed image in group one.All of them were conformed as malignant lesions.Conclusions In the FDG-PET scanning,the delayed image could improved the diagnostic accuracy greatly for the detection of malignant neoplasm in abdomen.
