张力拉矫机张力系统故障分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据张力拉伸弯曲矫直机张力调节原理 ,详细分析了实际故障 ,提出了相应的解决办法。拉矫机主电机不出力 ,出口补偿辊电机不能有效调整张力 ,造成张力不能有效控制 ,损坏相邻设备。通过受力分析和对工艺过程的分析发现 ,设备故障原因是相关段张力设置超出原来调整的数值 ,工艺条件改变引起的。张力拉伸弯曲矫直机控制系统必须重新调整。 The principle of tension adjustment of tension leveller was analyzed in detail, according to the appeared tension regulation fault and elongation during the tension leveller operation.Relative solution was pointed out after analyzing actual problems.The output power of main motor is negative, exit tension of leveller can't been adjusted by exit compensation motor, elongation didn't reach design value,tension of leveller can't been controlled availably,the device border upon leveller often damaged after analyzing of relative of tension and technology process, it has been found that relative section tension is exceeded the value that set up before, technology condition has already been changed, the tension controlling system of leveller must be adjusted again.
