摘要
针对酸轧联合机组中拉伸矫直机设备存在的由于工作辊磨损严重导致的使用周期偏短的实际问题,结合理论分析结果和生产现场的实际使用情况,对拉伸矫直设定延伸率和工作辊设定插入深度进行了优化;改进了相应的拉伸矫直工艺制度。投入现场使用后,取得了良好的阶段性效果。
On the basis of the problem that the tension leveler has a short service life because of work roll' s severe abrasion in the pickling line and tandem cold mill( PL- TCM), and in combination with the theoretical analysis and real application in production, the levele' s set elongation rate and work roll' s insert depth were optimized. The corresponding process system for the tension leveler has been improved and put into use on the scene. It has achieved a sound effect by stage.
