摘要
通过对上海市三级医院、二级区 (县 )中心医院、街道医院和乡镇卫生院的典型调查 ,考察了医务人员对医院反应性的认识。反应性各部分按重要性排序前三位依次为尊严、自主权和保密性。性别、年龄、文化程度、甚至职称都可能影响对反应性的看法。绝大部分医务人员认为医院反应性很好和好 ,反应性总得分达到 8.2 4 7,大大高于人群反应性得分。上海市医务人员对自身反应性的评价较好 ,也说明医务人员注重病人的反应性 ,取得了较好的效果。
A typical research on the responsiveness of doctors and nurses in tertiary hospital, secondary hospital,community hospital and rural township health center was carried out.The results showed that most important parts of responsivenss were dignity, autonomy and confidential.Sex,age,education and professional title were potential factors effect perspectives of responsiveness.Most doctors and nurses consider responsiveness was very good or good. Total score was 8.24, more than general population's responsiveness score.Doctors and nurses in Shanghai have paid attention to patient's responsivensee, and got better efficiency.
