摘要
世界卫生组织《2 0 0 0年世界卫生报告》对卫生系统的目的、主要功能、战略方向进行了更为全面和深刻的界定。为了达到卫生事业的系统目的 ,世界卫生组织设计了完整的对卫生系统绩效的评价体系 ,应用这个新的评价体系对各国进行了评价和排序。文章对此做出了简要的述评 ,并讨论了这个报告给予我们的启示。
The Y2K World Health Report by WHO offers a more comprehensive and thorough definition of the objective, major functions and strategic orientation of health organizations. To attain the systematic goals of the health cause, WHO designed a complete assessment system for measuring the performance of health organizations and conducted an assessment and ranking of various countries using the system. The paper gives a brief account of the report and discusses the enlightenment we can gain from it.
