摘要
该文回顾了建国以来中国公立医院社会功能及相关政策的演变 ,分析了各个阶段公立医院社会功能的政策依据和特点 ,提出了转轨时期公立医院改革必须坚持和强化社会功能的观点 ,该结论对我国医院分类管理具有政策启示。
This paper reviewed the changes of the definition and the policies on the social function of the public hospital since the establishment of the Peoples Republic of China and analyzed the characteristics and theoretical basis of the social function in the evolution of public hospital in the process of the health reform. The authors argue that the social function should be strengthened in the public hospital reform in the transition period, which is relevant to the hospital management policies bosed on the for-profit and non-profit classification in China.
